Well, making my decision and actually doing something about the decision is making me want to dust off the ole blog, which I am also super super excited about. There were so many things that I wanted to do with the blog but had so much going on in my life from divorce, to illness, to blah blah blah that I simply was not motivated.
This blog will have quite a few new series and maybe one day I can incorporate my own vlog. Right now I'm so ok with sharing other peoples journey until the time comes for my own.

A new Journey.....I'm actually pretty excited
Well it looks like it is not over for Chilly and I yet. I have made a decision to at least bring this situation to a close. I think when we go through bad things and those things remind us of those bad times and bad people it is easier to simply just walk away and close your eyes and not deal with it.
Well it will be 2 years this year that this RV will be in storage, there is so much wrong with her, I don't even know if she will be worth the effort but at least I have decided to deal with it whatever it may be. That includes getting it out of my exes name.
Making the decision to deal with it, is a long overdue step to my healing and my future as a full time RVer. And that totally excites me.
So first step....Make a plan
I have to make a plan for this RV because so much needs to be done. This plan needs to have milestones and goals and all kinds of fun stuff with an flexible end date.

Decisons are definitely apart of this journey
Well not having a husband any longer means that I have to pretty much make some decisions myself about my new journey. I spoke with my long time friend of, Good Lord, 20 years today and it turns out that he is super knowledgeable about all of this trailer versus Class C versus this and that, he gave me some really good things to think about. I am going to definitely take heed to his suggestion and go with my heart which is a travel trailer and get me a truck to pull it. I know having him as someone I can go to will be a great help because understanding this whole thing has been a bit overwhelming.
But let the journey begin.........
But let the journey begin.........

The perspective of Security.......
I spoke with an old friend of more than 25 years today and I love the fact that she never lets me down in reminding me of why so much time transpires between our conversations.
See my friend is one of those individuals that will be in her box (what she calls security) and will always stay in her box and thinks you should be in a box and that you should stay in your box. The thought or idea of even trying something different, new, or non-conforming is completely out of the question. Security by her definition is living in a 2 bedroom apartment, having continuous light bill, cable bill, grocery bill, with car note and insurance. And all of those things are fine if they are what you want out of life and they make you happy.
My husband and I have decided that if we are going to have those things that at least we can see the country as a perk. We work from home so there is no reason we can't work from a trailer. I mentioned to her with all of the excitement and hope of support that I could muster, about our plans to see the country and become full time rvers only to be let down by her usual negative thoughts, statements, and questions. Such as "I need to have security in my life" Security? Whose to say there is no security in being a full time rver. I love it when people have an opinion about things that they are not fully educated on. It felt good to be able to share and show the knowledge I have acquired from just the little time of researching that I have done.
The one thing about me that is very apparent, is that I am not someone that simply jumps into something without weighing all of the options, understanding the verbiage, and doing tons of research. You would think after 25 plus years of friendship this friend would know this about me and know that this is where my "SECURITY" lies!
